Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for various tasks, which include:
- Conducting customer surveys
- Updating projections
- Identifying and reporting on poorly performing projects
- Analyzing and reporting on installer productivity
- Creating monthly executive summary drafts
- Generating department executive summary reports
- Compiling industry reports on permits and starts by territory
- Analyzing options sales by builder, project, product, etc.
- Assessing builder profitability
- Evaluating sales promotion effectiveness
- Monitoring cancellations/activations and analyzing them
- Conducting material vendor pricing analysis
- Monitoring and reporting on fuel usage exceptions/concerns
- Undertaking other research and projects as directed.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level
- Experience with ERP, including job costing, is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Capable of setting expectations and assessing results based on them.
The position of Project Manager 2904 offers a salary of $90,000 per year.
